Hello Caroline,

The chamfer tool is your only option here. You cannot import your DXF onto the front edge of the upright.

Hi again Isaac,

Thanks for your reply.

Can you please advise on how to import a dxf file with this shape in the frontage of the upright?

Best regards, Caroline

Hello Caroline,

Thank you for the explanation. This needs to be completed in your CAM software. Unless,

The only edge bevelling that can be actioned at the moment in PolyBoard is with the Chamfer tool. This will only angle a corner, rather than add a round. Although, if you assign the correct tool on your CNC machine, this may complete what you need.

Thanks Isaac for your explanation. Unfortunately it is not what I want to do. Maybe I was not so clear in my description on what I want to do, sorry about that.

It is the frontage of the upright, that is standing from floor to the roof, that I would like to have in a angle, to follow along with the shape of a bench, please see attached photos.

Hi,

Is it possible to make a angled frontage on a upright in PB or do I have to make it in CAD and import a DXF file?

Please see attached pictures of the shape I would like to make.

Regards, Caroline
