Best way to produce angled shelving for shoes?|Forum|WOOD DESIGNER

Hi Graham
Yes this is possible by applying the same rule to the cabineo on the shelf as the one on the regular drillings. You can then also discard the 5 mm drilling hole for the cabineo as it will be replaced by the regular drilling hole.
In the case of angled shelves, it is also possible, but it will require some angle calculation as you can not dissociate front and back regular drillings. The only solution is to calculate the angle between the regular drilling holes when skipping 1 or 2 holes to angle the shelf. Also, the positioning rule for the cabineo needs to be adjusted according to the angle.

Hi Scott,
Please see the following video. This shoes an example of adding shoe shelves with a lip on the front of the shelf. Fittings can be added to these shelves as normal. An additional central lip can be added using the same method as the front lip.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards,
Isaac
