Hi Ola,

It is possible that it has been changed at some point in your libraries, we haven’t received any other feedback of it being incorrect.

Considering this, we work with lots of customers who use different setups, different materials and different assembly methods. It is possible that this is making something incorrect for you.

You can change this as Alex has shown you, or you could also modify the fitting in the fitting library. Either way, when this is changed it will be the default setup for your drawers moving forward.

I hope this is helpful, let me know if you have any other questions.

Regards,

Isaac

Hi again,

I have been thinking about this matter.

When using the Blum drawer sliders in Polyboard to place the drawers the preset height, Polyboard place the drawer slider to low, so that it hits the bottom of the furniture. Its about 1 mm to low.

When we asked this question we got explained how to adjust all the drawer heights in the settings. But I would actually prefer if the fitting library in Polyboard would place the hardware that’s in the library in a way that works, without the need for us to adjust it for a standard application. Why is that not the case?

is it possible we made a adjustment without notice?

Can you help us look into that?

Kind regards, Ola

Hi,

The drawer slides should be configured as close as possible to the pitch indicated in the Blum instructions, i.e. 38mm,

Of course, this is only a guide and it is possible to change this value.

The simplest method is to modify the positioning rule,

Caution, don’t forget to edit drawer bottom slack from sub-mehods, 23.4mm for 38mm…,

If you set Rule at 2mm, you must set position to 25.4mm, for each, length and each height,

Hope that’s helpful, Alex

Thanks for your answer.

Hi,

We are building a kitchen island and would like you to have your help to explain the parameters and placement of the Legrabox runners in PB.

Please see attached file. The drill hole for the runner for this type of drawers doesn’t have the right height for the position of the runners. The drill hole for the bottom drawer is in the wrong position, so the knob of the runner is 1 mm below the side of the bottom in the island. Is there something we have to put in, a slack in between the drawers or something? Please advise how to solve this.

Thanks.

Caroline
