Hi Humberto,

The actual version of Polyboard and Optinest will not do this automatically.

We are working on this function for the next versions.

For the time being this has to be done manually by grouping the parts you want together.

All the best,

Ness

Hello Ness, thanks for your reply. I’m attaching the picture now. What I meant is if any of your software has the ability to place in the same order you have on your cabinet face in the sheet, so they look that is one single sheet with the same grain patron and direction. I’ve seen other software that has this ability.

Thanks in advance,

HGL

Hello Humberto,

I can’t see your attachment, maybe you forgot to click “Start the upload” button,  but I’m guessing that you mean nest the parts of a cabinet onto a sheet of material.

Polyboard doesn’t do this directly but we sell a specific nesting program, Optinest that will take all the part drawn by Polyboard and fit them to the sheet size you specify.

Polyboard and Optinest work seamlessly together so they almost look like one program.

Have a look at the video on this page to see a presentation of how Polyboard and on work together.

I hope that I’ve been able to answer your question.

If not don’t hesitate to upload you example and tell me.

All the best,

Ness

Hello, I want to know if Polyboar has the ability to group and arrange all faces of a cabinet (drawer fronts, doors, etc.) so the whole cabinet face is cut from one zone of the sheet. The result would be something like the attachment.
