Hi Mauro, to get the cutting list and plans, you need to buy a CabinetFile, included with this is a review and revision of your design.

Click here for more info: https://wooddesigner.org/cabin.....e-service/

You don't need this if you're sending your design file to one of our suppliers. Please let me know if you'd like me to try to get a quote from our supplier as discussed by email.

Thanks, Stefan

Hi Stefan,

I've set up fitting rules and extended the back panel to overlap the top, bottom and sides.

can you please double check and if everything looks ok could you email me the cutting list?

Thanks in advance for your time.

Hi Mauro, I'll email you over the details of a supplier who will be able to help you.

If you're planning on using a supplier, they would normally apply the hardware they use to your unit, so you don't need to worry too much about this element of the project. They'll be able to advise you how it works when you talk to them.

All the best, Stefan

Hi Ness,

thanks for your comments. I haven't got any facilities for cutting the boards, can you please advise for any possible supplier in the KT20 area?

I will play around to add the assembly detail to the project.

Thanks in advance

Regards

Mauro

Hi Mauro,

Thanks for posting your project.

Your shelves look fine. You'll now have to add the assembly details to know how the boards will be jointed together.

The type of assembly you use will depend on the tools and hardware you have available.

For the time being the back is not assembled to the carcase and you will need to either groove or rebate and pin it.

If you are painting, you can also just nail it onto the carcase but in this case you need to make it over passing.

Other boards can be assembled with hardware like dowels, screws or cams or assembled with grooves.

You have several Quick Design  manufacturing methods that you can apply directly to your project.

For us to advise you, can you give a bit more information on your project and how your thinking of building it?

All the best,

Ness
