Hi Isaac

I had a look and restored any kind of polyboard folder I could find and this didn’t work. Can you explain the other option.

Thank you Shane

Hi Shane,

This is showing that your libraries were saved on your desktop in a folder called PolyBoard-v.7.5-en which has been removed. If you have moved this folder, you will need to return it to your desktop. Additionally, you can check your recycling bin to see if it was accidently deleted.

If this doesn’t work, you can restore your data through a previously saved parameter file.

Regards, Isaac

Hello Shane,

Do you have some more information?

For example, has you libraries moved, or the softwares program files?

The software should be in your program files on your PC, is the software still installed here? The path will be similar to this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Boole & Partners\PolyBoard 8

Additionally, if your are receiving any errors, please screen shot these and forward them for my review.

Let me know,

Isaac
