There is no default preset possible for the panels called single panels in a project. Each time you create a panel, you have to indicate the edging and oversize. The only option is to create such panels, set the edge information, and oversize value. Save the project and use it as a template to start new projects. This way, you have a predefined set of single panels in your project. You might have to resize them according to the project if required.
