Hi,
Unless I am mistaken, this is an option available with OpiCut 6,
when you done backup of libraries may they are not updated with this feature
Even if it is not used install OpitCut 6 in demo mode,
From PolyBoard, from menu Tools > Folders > Parameters… copy path of materials, and close PB
From OpitCutC Tools > Folders > Parameters… past path of materials copy from PB, and check ‘take no action’,
From OC Stock > Panel material then click OK, then closed OC
Now open Polyboard and check libraries, it should be update with “Exportable” option

I was recently using someone else copy of Polyboard and I am sure I saw a check box in the material library to select if a material was exportable or not. I cant see that in my library, I am using 7.09a. Is there an option somewhere I need to select to be able to do this?
Most of the projects I am using have some materials that do not need to be exported and it would be a really time saver not to have to manually deleat these.
