Hi,

Kreg/Pocket Hole style of joinery and other Inclined drillings can’t be used from Polyboard, he can only planned positions into workshop documents with arrows.

For methods and sub-methods understanding I recommend to read this page > Manufacturing methods

Have you install our Quick Design libraries available from your Software downloads pages?

Hope this helpful, Alex

Good afternoon,

I have a query which I would like to have some clarification. It deals with when a new cabinet is being created and in the “Methods” drop down menu you are provided with an array of cabinet options. I suspect that the choices which are provided are based on the different types of styles and hardware which are available in the larger countries. The majority of my cabinetry is done with the Kreg jig (pocket hole style) or butt/flush joints. I’ve noticed on one or two videos about PolyBoard, a “Default” option is available. Is this option created by the end user, or is this option available in the software? 99% of the cabinetry done in Barbados is not constructed or put together with the wide and varied joining hardware which may be available in the more metropolitan countries. To this extent, many of the attaching hardware which are used in the software is not available here on the island.

My question is this. Can I configure/develop a choice in the Method selection when constructing a new cabinet that will satisfy the Kreg/Pocket Hole style of joinery? This software is so beautiful that somehow I guess that there’s an option that will satisfy my needs.

Regards

Brian
