Hello Emanuel and Andy,

Thank you for your messages, and I apologise for the frustration at this time.

As I have previously stated, the nesting problems are associated with the SCM software and its handling, and this is not related to our software. That is why I have previously recommended that this be communicated with SCM to better understand why this is happening in SCM Maestro.

We have no control over Maestro, we are only generating XCS or PGMX files that are managed by that software. After they are uploaded, Maestros management of these files have nothing to do with PolyBoard.

Saying this, I am willing to help as much as I can as I recognise that SCM are not always easy to communicate with.

Emanuel, I have emailed and called multiple times to book a free session with you in order to see if I can help with this problem. I am not a Maestro expert, but I am willing to look at this software to see if I can find a solution. Currently we have a session booked into the calendar in which you have confirmed, and I will do everything that I can to help you resolve this problem. Please try to remain respectful in this forum as again this is nothing that I have control over, yet I have been trying to help you move past this as much as I can. I recognise this is frustrating.

Andy, I will email you personally and ask for some more information to see if I can assist. Additionally, I would recommend contacting SCM as I believe the problem is with Maestro and not PolyBoard.

Best regards, Isaac

Would like to know about this too, its not to bad on small nest but when it comes to big ones and you change something like the angle or something small it then messes up with the drilling ect in the wrong place, and if you dont go through the nest afterwards and run it then it messes everything up. i am importing xcs. files
