Have you reinstalled the Quick Design Libraries? 

Remember to save your parameters before deleting the old ones.

Has this been done?

Hi my computer unexpectedly shutdown and when I started it again and tried to open polyboard warning came up saying an unexpected error occured while loading a curve library. Deleted both and reinstalled ans same error came up. Any ideas how to solve?
