Hi,

You can set “Smoothing” preference to 6

Menu Tools>Preference

S6.pngImage Enlarger

with what I see you must be set to 0

S0.pngImage Enlarger

that gives you faceted curves too but with more segments

Cheers, Alexandre

When we apply an angled tooling or bring in circles via inner tooling they export as facated curves not as arcs.

Is there a setting we need to change to get them to export as smooth curves?

These were drawn in Polyboard, exported to optinest, g-code written in V-Carve. (They are showing as faceted curves in V-carve)
