This is only the sorting of the machine code in the output file.

To add custom macros you have to apply them in the Structures>Inner tooling command:

This will load and apply a macro from a file you have written for your PP.

The file location is set in Tools>Folders>Parameters:

The macro instructions will be added to machine code in the position defined by the PP sort option:

In this case the macro instructions will be machined after all the other operations.
