OfflineDermot,
You are correct, these need to be manually removed in this case.
You can do this in one of two ways. Either:
1. Remove these manually in VCarve Pro before adding your toolpath template
2. Removing them manually in PolyBoard (see the following)

Is there a way to stop the holes being drilled into the chamfers where the sides meet the angled tops? The hole is drilled perpendicular to the sides and thus directing the screw into the angled top along a 90 degree plane rather than the angle that the top is running at (in this instance 129.6 degrees). This can lead to the screw busting through the top and into the inside of the cabinet , ruining the top.
Or is it a case of just going into the job before bringing in the template and deleting them individually?

OfflineWhen i transfer the job to vectric, there are two layers, outline and panel which look after the oversized panel for chamfering. The tool path that is generated is however cutting to the finish size and leaves no room for sneaking up to the size when cutting the chamfer on the table saw. Also the file for the crv cant be uploaded for someone to check.
