Hi I just found the option in Post Processing, its not an edging option, simply change the Dimension setting to Net Dimensions and it does the trick.

Hi, I’m also having problems with edge banding. I add 1mm to the panel and then when I go into the dxf file using autocad, the panel has not reduced the edge banding. Surely the software can account for this?
Ive checked all the options and post processing options but cant see anywhere to change this.
What am I doing wrong?

you have to set the dimensions to the following
I thought my doors were a little bit close on the last job. Not enough to cause trouble, thank God for those adjustable Blum Hinges!

Thats great but strange as it doesn’t do it in mine…..here is a cultist for a 1000x600x500 cab.
Ive saved the cab. The second cultist (pic shown) although it displays the edging details…..it doesn’t reduce the dimension od boards!
Am I doing something wrong?

Hi terry,
Polyboard will always account for edging in the cutting lists.
Here’s a 1mx1m box with 2mm edging on the front:
In the cut list you can see that the width has been diminished by 2mm:
