First you must now B-plat should be 37mm from front edge with Slack in depth of 1.5mm
In your fitting
Consider the recess value to NO, you said to Polyboard 37 mm from doors and it should be 37+1.5 -> 38.5mm if using this option else set it to YES to use edge as reference
With your setup 37 from doors and -2.5 mm Slack in depth of Doors, and -0.8 mm edge thickness and export as Net dimension that give you 33.7 mm

I am just running some test pieces to make sure are standards are set correctly. our hinge plate should be 37mm from the centre line to the front edge but once it outputs the files the hinge plate drilling is 33.7mm from the front edge. do you know what settings on the doors i need to change to get it to sit where it should.
