Hi Conor
Such setup is not possible on the drawer box itself in SD. However, if you know the exact size of the box you could create it as a cabinet box using your 13mm ply and set it is mitred. This would output you the correct size of panels.
you have even the possibility to add a mortise and tenon joint that would duplicate your connection but it is only a single mortise&tenon joint. In your picture, I see 2 of them on 1 side.
So the last option is to use edge tooling and apply it on the panels to create that joint. You can save this box and resize it to need to output new drawer boxes.
CNC is possible but you will have to square out the corners due to the cutter radius.

Hi all, I have to copy a drawer assembly someone else did.
We are using 13mm ply and we need to copy his joint, I’ll attach an image.
I don’t think its possible on a cnc but I would be very happy to be proven wrong.
I’m pretty sure I’ll have to do something on the panel saw and that’s ok.
What I do need is this.
If the drawer is 400mm by 400mm by 400mm using 13mm ply I need 4 pieces 400mm square, not 2 at 400mm square and 2 at 400mm by 374mm because it takes off the two thicknesses.
Its like I’m making a mitred drawer but I don’t see that option.
