Hi,
To try to be clear, if a single tool is used for all the grooves, you don’t need a ‘ customized tool ’, but update PostPro setting
For example, if you export to Hops, editing in TPA PP has no effect (or creating a customized tool in the wrong PostPro).
A ‘ customized tool’ is, for example
you make your groove with a sawing tool, for the groove from one side to the other, define the name of the tool in the Groove PostPro section
section and you are making a groove in milling mode only for the bottom of the drawer, you need to use the custom tool and the ‘tool identifier’ in the fitting,
to call up the milling tool instead of the standard sawing tool in PostPro.
(To avoid errors, you can delete all unnecessary PostPro)
Cheers, Alex

Hi Jacopo,
For any Post Processor, PolyBoard will look for a default tooling for each operation. See the below image, here we have a Groove tooling set in the fittings operations and a default tool set up in the post processor.
You are still able to force another tool to be used with the customized tooling option. See the below image:
Note: Select the tooling type / action, this is available in ‘Mode’. You can select milling tool or sawing here. See below image:
Let me know if you have any problems with this.

Isaac

Hi everyone, I have a problem with the bottom of the drawer in the legraboxes. When I use the post processor I see the work as breaking.
Having selected a type of cutter that has a diameter of 4mm while it does all the work, it takes much longer. I wanted to know if it was possible to select the tool to use
directly from the post processor and not from cam. Thank you very much...
