When you have set your drawer fronts up, you have allowed a greater sized bottom drawer as a result of the overlap not being evenly calculated with higher drawers. This is not a problem, except you need to allow for that in these measurements.
What I recommend is that you reference everything from the top of the panels, as the distance from your drawer fronts to your counter fronts are consistent here at 30mm.
Therefore, reference all of your fronts from the top of the panel. Just allow a 30mm difference between the drawer fronts and the counter fronts in your dimensions.
