OfflineOla,
See the following video. I duplicated a manufacturing method that you have and I made a K height option.
I would recommend ordering your methods into headings so that you can have a clear split of methods in your list. We can discuss this more next week and see how we can help improve your setup.

OfflineThanks for your reply.
When we got the training session with Michel we were taught that we can put in different types of drawers in one cabinet. So in this case we want to have Legrabox type K and F.
We have done as told here and first put in the in sub methods chossen k legrabox. then canged to F hight and chose aply to current only.
now we have k drawers where we want and F drawer where we want. but the holes for the front fitting in the F are still not correct.
we cant find any info that we need to manualy also change the drilling after chosing drawer hight in the lessons we had with Michell.
Can you pleas advise how to get this right.
Best regards Ola

OfflineHi Ola,
The manufacturing sub-methods give you full control over every aspect of your cabinets, including how you configure the drillings for your drawers. You can adjust these in any way that fits your needs.
To streamline your workflow, I recommend creating separate manufacturing methods for different drawer heights. This way, each drawer height and system can have its own drilling setup. The easiest way to do this is by duplicating your current manufacturing method and making small adjustments for the drillings and heights in the sub methods. Once set up, switching between these methods will be much quicker than the approach you’re currently using—and it only takes a few minutes to set up.
Instead of modifying each detail (sub-method) individually for every cabinet, grouping them into a manufacturing method makes the process easier and much faster. The system is designed this way so that once your methods are in place, customizing cabinets becomes very efficient.
If the software restricted drilling changes by drawer height, it would limit the flexibility you currently have. While this may not be an issue for your specific process, many manufacturers I work with rely heavily on this flexibility.
Best regards,
Isaac

OfflineThanks for that. But woldent it bee better that the grillings just follow the requirements for the selected drawer. it seems that you can only chose one height of drawers in the method, then you can change individual drawers manually, right?
think that’s what we did on this furniture to be able to put a F drawer in the right compartment, does it mean that we additionally have to change the drillings for that drawer hight also every time, Why dont the drillings for the fronts on the different drawerfronts just follow the role of the spesific draver hight?
Best regards Ola
