Hi Alex

I understand that now but one problem the upper shelf and lower shelf are on 12mm board and the other is on 6mm ???

Can we move them when on the separate boards or could you do dxf file with the shelves on and i can load into vcarve please???

You can change the sheet to be used

For inner corner you can used smaller tool to finish, or make drilling

I have regroup them in one DXF,

and add 12mm of tangential drilling at the corner for final cleaning.

what do you think about this solution?

Hi Alex

following on from the last message see the lowershelf dxf file this has four corners cut out, we will be using a 12mm end mill to cut these but obviously it will be rounded if we finish with a 4mm end mill will this make it more square or do you have an alternative way to do this??

Thanks Caroline

I see ,

The solution is to clean it through Vcarve, and applies our layers like used into PolyBoard

Please see video below

But as I did for the video, I have attached the already cleaned DXF which should be easier to use wink

or import the DXF into OptiNest if you need to do more than one in a nesting.

Hope that's helpful, Alex
