In order to use “toolpath template” in vcarve, the DXF drawings must have a unique name according to their diameter or machining. 
In my photo you can see two drills: 5mm and 3mm, using the same Vdrill layer. 
In order to use the Vcarve toolpath template correctly I expected to have “drill 3mm” to the 3mm drill, and “drill 5mm” to the 5mm drill.
more than that, I am sure the layer name must be different between “Drill 3 mm” with 3mm machining depth, than “Drill 3mm #17” for example for 3mm diameter with 17mm machining depth (drill through). 
 
Can you help me to understand how to fix it, so it will work that way?
