Hi Gabby, sorry your problem is not solved yet. We can organise a TeamView session and access your computer remotely to take a look at this properly if you like. If you want to do this, please order a support pack from this page: https://wooddesigner.org/train…..g-service/. Thanks, Stefan

Hi Ness,

We tried replacing Net with Overall in both Post Processor Option and Cutting list. Yet the CNC still doesn’t recognize the edge band thickness. Since we couldn’t figure it out, we just added additional 1mm to the slack of every exposed side. Maybe there’s another faster solution to this?

Regards,

gabby

Hi Gabby,

Yes exactly replace “overall” with “Net” in the “post processor options” for the machine files.

And if you want the cutting lists to be without the edging do the same in “Cutting list Option”

Good luck with all the different set ups.

Don’t forget that if you need help we can take you computer in hand via Team Viewer and guide you through the process.

all the best,

Ness

Hi Ness,

In the Post Process Options, I need to replace the Net Dimension to Overall Dimension?

Hi Gabby,

In the cutting list options if you choose “Net Dimensions” panel sizes are without edging.

“Overall Dimensions” print your panel sizes with the edging.

This is for the cutting lists only .

For CNC output the size of the panels is set in the same way using the “Post Processor Options”.

Hope this helps,

All the best,

Hi Ness,

Does Polyboard include the thickness of the Edgeband in the panel’s width? We noticed after cutting and assembling the panels, the only spacing that was factored in was the slack’s distance and didn’t include the 1mm thick edge band.

Thanks

Gabby
