Hi Tom,
Yes, this is currently a limitation of the Panel Assembly feature.
The only solution we have at the moment is to double the thickness of the edge tape on the external edges of the panel. Although, I do recognise that this is not an option for all methods of manufacturing, so it depends on your set-up.

Hello,
I am trying to apply an edgeband to the internal edge of a panel structure. These are the issues I am coming up against:
- When the structure is either overlapping assembly and/ or has an intermediate cross bar there is no option to apply the edgeband
- When the panel is changed to mitred assembly the option to apply an edgeband to the inside edge is now available
- When the edgeband is applied to the inside edge as a mitred assembly it then doesn’t actually apply
I assume this is a combination of a limitation in the edgebanding of a panel structure and a bug when trying to apply.
We often need to apply an edgeband on the internal edge of a panel structure so any help on this would be much appreciated.
