Hi, there,

To have interchangeable drawers, there are several points that are not consistent in your cabinet

1*) Sub-methods drawers

You need to set from “Drawer bottom” (frontage drawers bottom) and not Inside zone because depending case the bottom zone is not the same ,

for exemple with, shared shelves, with cab bottom or multi drawers….

2*) Sub-Methods fittings

Now you follow drawer bottom, rule need to follow drawers frontage instead of Zone inside, if Bult-in underpassing panel, if globale applied the overpassing panel

WARNING, in the case of Applied drawers, to have interchangable drawers it will be necessary to take into account that each drawer which can potentially go down will have to also cover the bottom, and in this case the distance of the bottom of the drawer will have to be rather around 15+15mm of the bottom (by considering a slack from cab bottom of 3mm with panels in 18mm)., and therefore adjust / create the positioning rules accordingly

Hope that’s helpful, Alex

Hello,

I’m trying to ensure my drawer faces are equal size, so they are interchangeable for the install.

Currently, there is a fractional difference in some of them, How can I ensure they are all equal? You’ll notice, the top right hand draw is actually 10mm shorter than the height of the skinny drawers to its left. I feel as though I have to groove up by 10 mm for things to look symmetrical as well.

What am I doing wrong?

My drawer reveals around the face should be 3mm Top, left and right, then 1.5 between shared edges with another drawer. But 3mm total reveal on all sides.

I want my drawers to be as equal as possible.

Cheers,

Tom
