close Polyboard
Go to %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\polyboard-libs-v7.1\setup
(You can copy and paste the line in red into the Windows access toolbar)
and run reg files
2*
Copy userimages.bmp in setup folder and paste/replace it into
%APPDATA%\Boole & Partners\PolyBoard 7

Hi, sorry to reply so late I didn't see your post before.
I think it's because your Windows user name has a space "Salvador" " Sal...."
You must proceed with a manual install of the Quick Design libraries.
Have you got the "polyboard-libs-v7.1" folder on your desktop?
If not can you download 7zip software?
I can make a short video to show you how to install it manually, or via a screen sharing Team Viewer session to help you.

hi,
today i was installing quick desing and when i was finishing I got two errors. the first one says:
cannot import c: / user / salvador: error opening file. a system error may have occurred on a hard drive or in a file
the second says:
cannot import salvatierra / destop / polyboard-libs-v7.1 / setup / polyboard7-libs.reg: error opening file. system error may have occurred on disk or file
please let me know what to do.
