Do you have access to the computer on which the backup was performed?

Are you able to make a news backup?

Can you provide texture file from path

i forget to inform u that’s i have try to partial restore and de-select option. Unfortunately it’s still not working. Can i send you my file directly to your email ? I’m in kinda urgent in my work field.

Hi,

If there’s a bug during the backup (which I’ve never seen), you may be able to try a partial restore, by de-selecting some options, if it’s urgent.

But in any case, can you backup files I’ll send your file to the development team.

I encounter unexpected error reading an unnamed file when i try to restore my parameter that i built.
