OfflineHello Krit,
I have discussed this with the development team.
The “ZP500_FR.mpr” macro is used to “call / activate” the clamps. When you choose the “One file per part” option, meaning double-sided machining,
this option cannot be turned off as this was a Homag recommendation.
Can you please confirm this is definitely something you require, and confirm this with Homag, as this macro is used as per a Homag recommendation.
If this is something you need for the usability of your machine, we can discuss further options.
Best regards, Isaac

OfflineHello,
Thank you very much for your reply and explanation.
I just wanted to clarify one point about the multiface machining:
Our machine is a 6-sided drilling machine (Homag DRILLTEQ H-230 running woodWOP 9), so in our case we actually do need multiface machining, not to turn it off. Because of that, I’m a bit unsure what the correct setup should be.
My questions are:
Who should provide the ZP500_FR.mpr macro in this situation?
-
- Is this a standard Homag/woodWOP macro that should come from the machine / Homag service?
- Or is it a Polyboard-specific macro that should be included with the Polyboard woodWOP MPR Post-Processor package?

OfflineHello Krit,
Thank you for your message.
The ZP500_FR.mpr macro is for multiface machining in WoodWOP MPR files.
If you don’t have this macro, then your machine most likely does not need its actions or have its capabilities.
To turn this off, simply access your PostProcessor setup and set:
Tooled Faces Export: One exported File per Face

OfflineHi Polyboard team,
I’m having an issue when exporting MPR files from Polyboard to our Homag machine and would really appreciate your help.
Setup:
- Design software: Polyboard
- Post-processor: woodWOP MPR Post-Processor
- CNC: Homag DRILLTEQ H-230
- CNC software: woodWOP 9
Workflow:
- I finish the cabinet design in Polyboard.
- I use the woodWOP MPR Post-Processor to export the .mpr files.
- I load the MPR files on our Homag DRILLTEQ H-230 running woodWOP 9.
Problem:
When I try to run the program, I get the following error message:
2. Macro: Component, Failure: The file does not exist ZP500_FR.mpr
So it looks like woodWOP is looking for a macro or component file called ZP500_FR.mpr, but it can’t find it.
Question(s) to Support
-
What does
ZP500_FR.mpr refer to?- Is it a standard Homag/woodWOP macro, or is it something that Polyboard should generate during export?
-
Where should this file normally be located?
- For example, in which woodWOP or macro directory should it be stored?
-
Is there something I need to configure in the Polyboard woodWOP MPR Post-Processor?
-
For example, do I need to map a specific tool, component, or drilling macro so that Polyboard does not call
ZP500_FR.mpr? - Or do I need to install/import a missing macro library on the Homag side?
-
For example, do I need to map a specific tool, component, or drilling macro so that Polyboard does not call
-
Has anyone seen this error before with DRILLTEQ H-230 and woodWOP 9 when using Polyboard exports?
- If so, what was the fix or the correct configuration?
*The error also show up in woodWOP version 8.1
Thank you in advance for your help.
