Good morning John,
These folder locations can be linked with PolyBoard through Tools>Folders>Parameters.
In these parameters, you can tell PolyBoard where these folders are now located.

Good evening,
I have been moving a few things round on my desktop, I believe I have moved the files to a different location so that now polyboard doesn’t know where to find them. however I cant work out how to change where polyboard looks to find this documents.
