Hello Andy,

Go to Tools>Preferences>Divisions>Shelves and add an additional number to what’s already there. Then, you will see an additional option for adding another shelf type.

After this, you can assign different rules in your sub-method to be assigned to this type of shelf. All sub-methods are explained under Manufacturing Methods here.

Best regards, Isaac

Hello Andy,
This is different because of the preferences that are set in your PolyBoard settings.
When you started on your new computer, did you download our Quick Design Libraries? With our Quick Design libraries, we have done the work to set up multiple drawer depths already.
If you want to do this yourself, you can add your depths under Tools>Preferences>Facade Components>Drawers

Hi Isaac

Think i have sorted it, the parameters that i went back to didn’t have all the files exported but i had an earlier one saved with them all in so hopefully all good now

lesson learned Always save your parameters when you changed something ha

Thanks

Andy,

If your older parameter file did not have these preferences filled as you need them now, then this may not be your best option. You can either manually add your drawer information back in, or start again with the Quick Design libraries as a base.

Regarding your Post Processor, without a parameter file, or saved PP copy, then this is not available. Without a backup you will need to create this again.

Sorry that I cannot be of more help. Let me know if you have any questions.

Regards, Isaac

Morning

I’ve had to wipe my computer and reinstall polyboard and transfer over my licence but it seems that everything has changed, apart from me losing most of my libraries i’ve also lost my post-processor (ive emailed support about this) but when i come to make a new cabinet the draws have changed see photo, is this just a change in general or is this set up wrong? it used to have sizes of the draw runners i want

Thanks
