There will be no edge banding on any of the panels used. In fact, can you please send me to the tutorial where I can configure polyboard to have no edge banding as default. We use baltic for a lot of the projects and like leaving the core visible. Also, for this project, there will be a lot more refinement happening to it, I just need the rough export to quote the client.

We can provide you with a set of DXF files arranged per material so that you can import them in vcarve using the dxf batch processor and optimise the parts in vcarve directly.
However, it is important to know how your manufacturing is set according to edge manhandling. We can send the file in net dimensions, which deducts the edge thickness from the panel, or in the overall dimensions, which include the edge band thickness in the panel. For example, if you use a pre-mill on your edgebander, we need to provide them in overall dimension. If you do not pre-mill and add the edge band on the panel afterwards, then you need net dimensions for your files.
