Sorry about the confusion
Since start I have checked most of parts out of cabinet back and I think Isaac on the same way.
When you have through drilling and/or milling on both faces PolyBoard always export on the same direction…
See from cabinet rear (back to front) for frontage panel, back or parallels to frontage
See from Left for Sides and Upright,
See from Top for horizontal panels,
and like you said the only way is to make no through drilling because in case of single face drilling/milling this frontage where on the Top surface

sorry this one below is the one i screenshotted
so the melamine timber i have is only high gloss on one side which i need on the inside of my unit. 
this unit is lower on the right side but when i export to v-carve it mirrors it and has the lower side on the left. meaning the high gloss side is now on the outside of my unit

i checked i already have it on ignore in the post processer setting
here is the v-carve file.
i found if i put a shelf hole on the back it will come out the right side facing up but if its a through polit hole is comes out facing the wrong way

Hi,
The problème when you made an output to VCarve in first view you can’t see if it’s the inner face or a transparency top view…
Can you send me your VCarve file?
