Hi Thusitha,
The face frame methods are only available in Quick Design libraries for Polyboard v6 Pro (and Pro PP).
They are not available in Polyboard v5 nor Polyboard v6 Lite.
You will have to update your Polyboard v6 Lite to Polyboard v6 Pro to use these functions.

Please advice us if you could give the download link for older version of Polyboard Pro. Does it contain the face frame details?
Hope you may understand still we can’t use Polyboard for our operations. Please help us in this matter.
We are waiting for your respond for our earlier questions also. Kindly advice us regarding them as well.

Sorry about the mistake. You were right.
In the attached boxes,
I. the demo (1) shows the features we have in our free version.
II. The Panel pp shows some features that are essential for our work. We don’t have them. Please advice and help to get these features.

Sorry but I can’t see the attachments, don’t forget that you have to drag them into the upload window and then click “start upload” to actually upload them to the forum.
To design frace frames you will need the upgrade to Pro or Pro PP versions.
