Hello Archana,

Nice to see you on the forum and hear that you are happy with Polyboard .

Unfortunately it’s not possible to incorporate these additional charges directly into the price calculated by Polyboard.
Polyboard will calculate the price using only the materials and hardware costs.
To include the overheads you have to add the percentage to each material and hardware cost.
For instance add 5% machining + 2% electricity + Taxes + Profit margins to all materials and hardware.
The fixed rates , transport, assembly, will have to be added after the Polyboard price.
Not sure what you mean by Wastage charges though.

I am trying to use Polyboard to create estimates for our jobs. There are few items that I would like to include in the estimate that may or may not be available in the Polyboard program. Can we create few custom fields to estimate the following?

1. Wastage charges

2. Machining and Tooling Charges (as 5 percentage of the whole job)

3. Electricity (as 2% of the whole job)

4. Labour charges (either per sft or per unit)

5. Transportation charges (lump sum amount)

6. Shifting and assembly charges ( lump sum amount)

7. Taxes (two or three variable taxes)

8. Profit margin as a percentage

I am quite excited about the Polyboard program I am working on. It has made my life very simple.
