I’m not very  clear on how you are making these but you must have Polyboard Pro to work with bar materials and set up solid wood frames.

With Lite you can only work with panels.

So you can do this:

Note that no version of Polyboard will draw the 45° bevel for the finger groove, this has to be added manually.
