This is not an error, this message appears when you re-open the project, but you have made changes to the tooling.

For example you have used a custom tool (tool identifier) for specifique milling or drilling, but the initial configuration has changed

This allows, for example, to use a different tool than the one configured by default in the inner tooling PP option
