Hi Martin,

Do you have a video or image of what you are trying to achieve?

Additionally, we can offer you a free session (included to your premium support) to help you but this session cannot exceed 15 minutes. If you have a series of questions, a 4 hour support pack may be the best option for you.

Regards,

Isaac

I dont understand what i shall send. and where to send it. not used this forum so much.

i have several questions regarding the methods and i have tried to use the videos from training. but still many questions there.

is it possible for you to look via the zoom? set up a short meeting some time? then i can make list before that we can go thru.

Regards Martin.

Hi,

It’s strange, I’ve never found or heard of this problem.

When you try to copy a link, you need to select the line you want to copy, change the submethods and then paste.

If nothing happens, try pasting the rule into the new empty submethods to check.

If the problem persists, you can send me the cabinet submethods with the rule you’re trying to copy, and another with the submethods you’re trying to overwrite.

Then let me know which rule you’re trying to copy.

Cheers, Alex

Hello,

when i try to copy and paste my rules i get this message “some rules were already defined. do you wish to delete the previous rules?”

i press yes to overwrite them nothing happens.

what to do? in the training sesion we just copy and paste them.

Best regards Martin
