Hello Efthimis,
We won’t be able to make you a macro, you are best to contact your supplier.
For your other questions:
1. With a labels export, if you are concerned about the numbers clashing you could definitely trial different lengths for your serial codes. Additionally, you could trial setting an initial number on one licence to avoid any clashes. See the following image:
2. You cannot view your 3D accessories in the printed plans, unless you print when you are in the 3D view. See the attached example, 3D element.
3. I will investigate this problem that you are having. Can you please send me a copy of your parameter file? Also, what version of PolyBoard are you currently using?
Regards,
Isaac

Hello Isaac.
Okay, there was something wrong with my tool indentifier configuration. I resolved this issue and i can confirm that polyboard exports only the groove associated with the panel.
For the macro, so i could contact the machine reseller in order to do this for me. I know that you must have the manufacturer credentials to make a macro.
I also have the following questions:
1) We own two licences and we want to make use of the Serial Number on the exported parts for QRCode use on the CNC’s. I think that the exported numbers of the pieces could conflict between the licences if they both use 8-digit number. I was thinking about configuring a 7-digit to one computer and a 8-digit to other in order to avoid it. What do you suggest?
2) Is there a way to display 3d accessories at the print paper?
3) About the pocket, when i am trying to configure the lead in properties the windows crashes. Is there a bug? (TPA postprocessor)
Thanks in advance.

Hi Efthimis,
About the groove, this should not be just visual. I have run some tests myself and when I export the files it is not exporting the whole groove, rather just what is associated with a component.
Could you please send me a groove that you have made in PolyBoard on a component, and also a groove that you have made in TPA (separately). I can analyse these and try to understand why you are seeing the whole groove export in your PP.
With the macros, you need 2 things for the macro.
1. You need the macro installed on your CNC
2. You need to direct PolyBoard to the folder location of your macro. This can then be applied in your fittings.
This is the only way to associate a macro with PolyBoard.

Isaac

Hello Isaac.
About the groove, okay I know this trick but when it comes to cnc machining and pp export, polyboard exports the whole length line which is not acceptable. This solution is only for visual purposes.
About the macro, so there’s no way to read a subprogram from polyboard because at the export process the directory contains the macro folder. It must always have the .tmcr to be executable. Is it possible to override this directory?
Thanks in advance.

Hello Efthimis.
See the following video for single panel fittings:
Regarding your question for macros, you are correct that we do have some macros available in the Intelligent fixings hardware pack.
We only have a small amount of macros for these fittings, and if there is no macro compatible for your machine you will need to contact your supplier for a compatible macro, and have it installed on both your CNC and set up in PolyBoard.
Best regards,
Isaac

Hello.
Is there a way for the single panel fittings to be adjusted according to the dimensions of the panel? For example, in order to make some grooves on a drawer front i should adjust the length to the dimensions of the panel in order to cover it.
Also, into the hardware pack folder there are some macros for the intelligent fittings. Should they have a .tmcr format in order to be readable from polyboard? (for TPA)
Thank you.
