Hi. Can you please advise on the attached file.

Polyboard is putting fittings in places where there’s nothing to connect with. for example on the verticals it puts drilling on the bottom end,  we selected no bottom present. we tried to take it away in the spesific vertical in fitting links and put no hardware in the bottom, but it seems the fitting rule of the cabinet over roles that. What to do.  Also it makes holes in the counter top on the upside, even tho theres only a meeting vertical on the inner half. where does that come from? and is it possible to change it.
