How to I set the Halved Joint to perpendicular?

Thanks Dan

Hi Daniel,

You can set the free division on any angle that you would like.

The halved joint needs to be perpendicular to the original panel.

Isaac

I’m hoping it’s a simple question and it’s not already posted but:

I am making a cross-divide wine rack and the inner dimentions arnt square so the Free Division on the inside is 51 degrees so that it meets in each corner (picture attached)

I then need to add a Halved Joint Division at 90 Degrees to the Free Division or -51 degrees to the cabinet, but I can’t figure out how to make it anything but 45 degrees (picture attached)

The free division has a widths slope and Depth Slope parameter, but the Halved Joint Division only has the Parameter Slope, and it seems to be the Depth slope not the Width slope.

Any Ideas?

Thanks, Dan @ DTJ InteriorsScreenshot-2024-11-19-131742.pngImage Enlarger
