1. Yes, I recommend that you match your material thickness on PolyBoard with the realistic values of your materials. I recommend adjusting the libraries and starting to customize it to be your own.
2. Yes, on a cutting list it will separate each component to have their own line on the cutting list, each separated by material.

I am just a DIY person. I am working with Polyboard for a little bit and I am pretty much done with my first project build. I have some tweaks I am trying to do on the builds but I needed some clarification about how things get printed out.
1) At the lumberyard it says that the sheet good is 3/4″ but looks like it is 18mm thick. Should I adjust my thickness in polyboard to match 18mm? My assumption is I should
2) On the cut lists if I have several types of wood, will it break it down by species if I have multiple
