Hello Mike,

Sorry for slow reply, I am attaching all exported fittings that we have, but be aware that many of them go along with specific rules – you will need to play around with them and make shure they are placed correctly.

Cheers!

(couldnt upload it here for some reason, here’s a link)

Hi Everyone,

To get hardware elements from one library to another it’s possible to use the Export / Import functions in the Fittings creation window:

export-import-hardware.pngImage Enlarger

Export creates an XML file that Import will add to existing libraries without over writing.

However if you have specific rules and methods set up you can’t export / import them, and the only way to transfer is to put them into a cabinet and use the Restore function.

Hope this is helpful,

Best regards,

Ness

Hello Paul,

I have created a library for Grass Dynapro which I think if quite similar to Dynamoov. I can share it with you the question is how can we put it into Polyboard without overwriting your existing library – I created our own from the ground up and nothing is left from the original library. Michael Melon? Ness?

Cheers! 🙂

Hi Rafal

I’m pretty sure, that if you post a file of a cabinet with dynamoov drawer hardware, it would just be a matter of importing it, and copying the info into the library…

I would be very interested to try, and if you also have blum movento programmed i would be forever in your debt!!!  Ness is on holiday, and i have a project to finish soon, so any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

sincerely,

Mike Gallo

Hi all,

To transfer new library elements into existing libraries use the restore function.

In this way if Rafal can post a cabinet which contains his drawer runners and rules it can be opened in any Polyboard and using “restore” the hardware and associated rules can be saved to any library.

Here’s the video that explains this:

Also on the QuickDesign advanced page here:

https://wooddesigner.org/suppo…..-advanced/

all the best,

Ness

PS: it’s also possible to export and import a hardware element using the “export” and “import” buttons, but this only does the hardware definition and as you usually need to also have the rule that goes with it…

Hi Paul,

Please note also that as a subscriber to Premium Support you can use our Custom Hardware setup service.

Just post the documentation of the hardware you want and we will set it up for you.

Best regards,

Ness

Hi Paul,

The library gets update regularly with new parts but you can create your own. In the catalogue you can find the dimensions of this type of drawers and sliders. With this you can add the danymoove to your library

Look at the videos on this link to see how it works
