Hi,
– Slack is only available if the panel is not flush, but you can add 0.01mm overlaps
– Oversizing is provided by PP settying
For
– recess of non through Grooves, negative value oversizing length
– overlap through Grooves, positive value oversizing length
– Rabbet, positive value oversizing width

when I place a groove along the horizontal top edge of a panel it does not export to v carve correctly. All panels are 18mm and the sides overpass the top. The top grooves into the sides by 7mm at each side. The groove is oversized, in submethods, by 0.5mm centered.
In polyboard I can’t see the 0.25mm oversizing that should be on the lower edge even when I expand to maximum. The top sits flush with the top edge of the sides.
In Vetric Cut 2D pro, the groove on the side panel becomes 20mm wide, 18mm of this is on the workpiece. So we have lost the 0.25mm oversize on the bottom edge for our clearance and we have gained 2mm above the workpiece which we do not want.
