Hi Caroline,
Michel let me know this problem has been solved.
But the best is to use the biggest tool, because with a 4mm tool and if I have seen correctly with a 1m overlap that is effectively 100 passes to do all the work
All the best, Alex

Hi caroline,
depending your groove PP setup
More details in my previous post
https://wooddesigner.org/forum.....-on-board/
for 15mm width you need to Output into Polyline to have rectangle to make internal "Profil Toolpath" ,
if the diameter of the tool is large enough, or , or 'Pocket ToolPath"
All the best, Alex

Hi
Can you take a look at the attached file please, Brendan wants to start with a groove of 15mm wide and 6mm groove deep on the bottom panel, but when you add the vertical divisions it leaves the 8.2mm gap then starts the 1st groove but Brendan wants to start with a groove at the edge of panel
Hope this makes sense can you send on video as to how this can be done
Caroline
