OfflineNormally, the cutting list will show overall dimensions (including edge tape-26×40).
Just before I provide the files, would you prefer overall (26×40), or net dimensions(25 3/4×40)? (with or without edgetape in the component size)

OfflineHey Isaac,
I think I have my design completed. I was not able to figure out the domino / dowel placements but that is not a big deal. I also couldn’t figure out how to get the drawer slides to show up on the design, but I did edit the drawers to make the correct lengths I needed.
Could you take a look and see if you see any errors or problems on the designs? I have a few bath vanities for one of the rooms, because that one was giving me a bunch of problems and not sure which one makes the most sense.
If everything looks good and no issues can you send me a copy of the designs in inches to the closest 1/16 and metric at mm.5
Thanks for your help.

Hey Isaac,
I am not sure what you mean by the slide system or making the boxes fully. It seems like they are the same thing?
This is a link to an example of what I was looking to buy. Metal slides that get mounted to the bottom of the drawer box and to the side of the cabinet walls.
Blum Tandem Slides
I also Plan on making the drawer boxes myself. I was trying to figure out based on that design I gave you would I change the Back Reference to match the 533 instead of 500 for the 500 drawer Assembly?

OfflineHello Erik,
Yes, the video is a specific example for setting up the MOVENTO system.
The explanation explains the different parameters of setting up drawers. You will need to use the appropriate parameters that match your Tandem Plus requirements, in accordance to the Blum technical sheet.
The Tandem system you are using, is this the box system, or the slide system? For example, are you ordering metal sides, or making you drawer boxes fully?
If you are making your drawer boxes fully, then I recommend looking at these two systems below. These will be much closer to what you need.

Hey Isaac,
I am looking at the Blum Tandem Plus 563H Model Slides
The Video instructions you had provided are helpful but the Bottom Reference part seems to not be the same. Would it be safe if I am doing a 15mm overlap at the bottom and add the 13.5 bottom reference of the bottom of the zone to 13.5 which would put it up to 28.5m you think it would be fine?
All my ply will be 18mm thick, drawers are 15mm with 12mm bottoms.
Also On the drawer lengths on these sub methods its setup as 500mm for the 21″ slides. According to these designs the drawer length needs to be 533, should these get adjusted?
This is the drawing I am referencing

OfflineErik,
These systems are already set up as per the Blum technical documentation. If you are happy with the set-up, then you are able to use these drawers as is.
You’ll notice that the names of the systems are following the Blum requirements. For example:
– Blum/LEGRABOX-079-M (Legrabox drawer, M height – which is 79mm high)
– Blum/MERIVOBOX-117-k (MERIVOBOX drawer, K height-which is 117mm high)
Additionally, drawer 270 is 270mm deep, drawer 500 is 500mm deep, etc.
You can share a single upright if it is thick enough to support the weight, and if your screws are short enough to be shared on two sides.
If you are to alternate the holes, this should be ok if you are using a good quality material. I would be more cautious of weight here.
Best regards, Isaac
