Hello Patrick,

Yes, you are correct. Adding a 3D accessory will not add any additional machining to your fitting. 3D accessories are only for visual guides.

Best regards, Isaac

Hi Isaac

Thanks for the video. Just for 100% clarity, if I add the 3D Accessories to the existing hinge model it will show the location as you showed but does not add any machining associated with the 3D Accessory?  I am sure that is the case, but just will save me testing it as I will just use an existing 3D Accessory just as a marker as it does not impact the machining.

Thanks

Good afternoon Gents

Is there a way to see the hinges in project 3D view. Currently I can see some of the cabineo but it would be far more useful to be able to see the hinges so when we stack cabinets for floor to ceiling cupboards and extend the door so that the stacked cabinets have a single door, we will be able to quickly check that they do not collide with shelves.  Also on the same subject is there a way of automatically ensuring that hinges don’t collide with shelves in a single cabinet as its a real pain checking all the time and we have had a few situations where we have moved the hinges and then they have moved back probably due to an accidental update of fittings?

Thanks

Patrick
