Noted ,
I’m going to check for myself whether any parameters are likely to change when restoring, but I haven’t found any problems yet.
Updating the software doesn’t change the settings,
Can you explain your process to test the same process, and send my your backup?
Cheers, Alex

Hi Alex
We set the output to overall and then the edge bander takes of the thickness of the edging before it is applied. I think it was an issue with the divisions library model which left a gap all around the shelves causing an offset on the holes in the divider. This model for some reason has been inserted into all of my manufacturing methods during the last update, replacing the very simple one that I use. Not sure how this occurred as is always save and restore my libraries. I will double check after future updates.
Thanks
Patrick

Hi again,
I have fully checked files and and output without your PP and can’t find any issue
From front or back drilling should be well at 80mm
When the edge was added, was the thickness of the edge deducted by the edgebander?
Because the only thing I can think of is that the edge is not deducted, and that the 80mm + 1mm edge(or more) and glue gives 82mm.
Is see your PP is set in Overall Dim that’s would like to said Edge thickness are not deduce by polyboard too

Hi,
Can you send my XCS files of those shelf? This will allow me to control the data without having your parameters.
(But if you can joined your paramètre as zip too, it is better for me to understand)
The first point to take into account is whether you are working in net reduction or finished size,
Have you control the overall dimension of shelf just after CNC milling? to be sure you milling tool is perfectly setup
From back of shelf you should find 80mm then, if you work in net dim 79mm from front (80-1mm for edge) and overall 80mm
After that, there’s nothing to stop you from creating a rule at 70mm from the front and 80mm from the rear to make it even easier to spot.

Good morning
I have been using the standard rules in the attached cabinet. For the shelves we seem to be getting a slight offset with the cabineo at the back of the shelves with the front being 80mm exactly and the back being 82 mm in. Can you let me know what s causing this as a lot of time is wasted working out which way shelves should go for edging and assembly?
Thanks
Patrick
