Hello,

See the following video:

Set your inner tooling to a pocket type, as seen in the video, and run some tests into your CAM software.

Regards,

Isaac

You didn’t understand what I actually want; I want the machine to understand where I have a cutout so that it can eat all the material in that area, not just make a cut along the contour. TK!

Hello,

Tabs need to be added in your CAM software.

See the following video showing you how to add a maximum profiling depth in your Post Processor.

Hello,

Please try the following as a test:

In your Post Processor, set a “Maximum Depth” under your tool settings for your profiling.

Try only machining the line that does not cut all the way through the material.

Try this and let me know how you go.

Regards,

Isaac

Hi,

I can show you what options you have for this.

What CAM software are you using for your machining?

Regards,

Isaac
