Have you resolved this issue?
The French libraries is default, it is because your previous libraries are not linked in with your software update properly.
I will contact you further for support if this hasn’t yet been resolved.

Thank you for information. I did this from the first time I open v8.01. Still some issues, but I will try to to work with what is available to me in new version and start building new.
My biggest problem, and was never addressed, problem with language inside the installation that should be English and it is not. I sent a few screenshots in the previous notes. I need to guess what all these means when I open v8.01 to work. Can you or Alex can explain how the original installation installed French. I had try to change languages, noting change

I know this procedure. I did, but language is not an English, I don’t have still my materials back, nothing is back from my reinstallation. How to remove all strange language???

Hi,
For better management I have joined both post,
PolyBoard 7 and PolyBoard 8 have per default there separate libraries Folders,
When you just install PolyBoard 8 he was free of libraries, and at start
>For full fresh install,
you need to closed PolyBoard, then download and Install QuickDesign libraries like in PB 7,
>To restore from PB 7
All step are, as explain in the activation Email you received before news activation
You need to backup your parameters from PolyBoard 7 then restore to PB 8,
for remember and link
- Make sure you have the latest version of PolyBoard 7.12d currently installed on your computer. Click here to download PolyBoard 7.12d
- Save all your settings. For more information on this feature in the Tools menu, read this article: How do I save and restore my settings?
- Uninstall PolyBoard 7, please read: How do I uninstall the software
- Now click here to download PolyBoard 8

I am trying to work with new version of Poly8 but i am heaving lots of issues. Original installation language is English, but nothing inside is in English. No proper startup data base, no proper file structure where I can import files, fitting links are not in English….
No Post processing data bases?!
Any suggestions????
I need to continue using my program, but…….

Hi,
I am trying to add or open Material Manufactured panels files folder inside the new Polyboard8, but could not find same folder structure as in version 7. Is it possible to transfer all material data bases with all manufacturers from older version to new, without manually creating all new textured data base and creating all new panels
I hope my question is somewhat clear!
