Hi Rob, you don’t really need to mark anything out in Polyboard. Once you’ve got your parts, just tick across both surfaces of the joint and your biscuit jointer will create the half moon cutouts for you.

You could create a positioning mark in Polyboard but normally you’d just mark the positions off by eye afterwards. It’s just quicker. All the best, Stefan

Hi,

I have a basic cabinet and would like to use half-moon jointing biscuits like these (https://goo.gl/KV01lZ), 60mm x 4mm x 23mm.

Can  you advise how to create the half moon cutout?
